UFOFEST 2022 - Art Exhibition

Project Overview

UFOFEST is an annual art event organized by the UFO Veteran Jakarta, a visual arts club of UPNVJ students. The UFOFEST 2022 took place at the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (Perpusnas RI) from June 6th to 11th, 2022. The theme for this year's exhibition was "7 Billion Sides," symbolizing the uniqueness of each individual worldwide. The showcased works included curated photographs and graphic design pieces centered around this theme, as well as static and interactive installations engaging the five human senses for a multisensory experience. The event attracted over 5,000 visitors within six days.

My Contribution

I volunteered as a graphic designer for UFOFEST 2022, collaborating with the Creative team to develop a key visual, logo, and venue map for the event. The key visual serves as a thematic guide for other graphic designers involved in the event, ensuring consistency across all advertising materials and maintaining a cohesive design identity throughout the event.

The map includes a legend indicating two main doors (an entrance (pintu masuk) and an exit (pintu keluar)), visitor flow, room sections, and artwork placements.

Malam Keakraban FIK UPNVJ 2021 - Gathering Night

Project Overview

Malam Keakraban FIK UPNVJ 2021 was an event organized by one of the three groups during the Faculty of Computer Science UPNVJ's student orientation for the class of 2021. The event aimed to build fellowship among students through games, a talent show, and casual conversations. Due to the pandemic, this event was held online.

My Contribution

I contributed to this event as a graphic designer for the poster and Instagram Story frame template. The Event Division organized the entire event around the theme of the K-Drama show called "Squid Game", following the trend in that time. Hence, my team and I ensured that every design aligned with the show's color palette, ambience, character, and fonts.

Teater Embun - High School Theatre Club

Project Overview

Teater Embun is the vibrant theatre club of SMAN 5 Depok, a high school located in Depok City, Indonesia. This dynamic club serves as a platform for students to explore and showcase their acting prowess, directing skills, and behind-the-scenes talents. Renowned for its achievements, the club has consistently excelled in the distinguished annual high school theater competition in Jabodetabek called Festival Teater SLTA (FTS).

My Contribution

Throughout my membership in the club, I've crafted a few posters, flyers, banners, and various Instagram posts to promote Teater Embun's upcoming shows, including those featured in FTS (Festival Teater SLTA).

"Aku vs Ayahku," a Teater Embun production performed at FDPS 2019 (high school short drama festival) at GRJS Bulungan, Jakarta, tells the story of a daughter who constantly feels constrained by her father.

"Terlindung," a Teater Embun production performed at FTS 29 (2019) at GRJS Bulungan, Jakarta, tells the story of three siblings, one of whom (the brother) grapples with a mental health issue, facing the challenges of survival without parents and other family members.
